Under what conditions does the change take place?

All products, except for personalized designs (name-written models), are exchanged. If the reason for the change is a mistake in the product, the shipping charges on the changes belong to us. If a change is to be made for a different reason, the cargo will belong to you. In order to make a change, your shopping must have the following conditions.

- You must send the product to us with the invoice within one week from the delivery date.

- You should not damage the product.

- You must send the product with all its accessories.

- You must fill in the exchange form.

* If there are any manufacturing errors in the models with the name name, this is compensated, but no returns or exchanges are accepted.


How many days of return?

In general, you can return the products you bought, without destroying, using them and without re-affordability of the product, by stating the reason within seven (7) days from the date of delivery.

What are the return conditions?

Below are the items that should be exact for the products you sent for return. If any of these is missing, product returns are not accepted.

• Invoice of the product,

• Return form,

• The products to be returned within the 7-day period must be delivered complete and undamaged together with the box, packaging and standard accessories, if any.

The products sent to for return are examined and return is accepted after the product is found to be undamaged, unused and complete. Returns are not accepted if the product has been used, its accessories and auxiliary products, packaging is not included.

After the acceptance of your return, the period of refund will be reflected in your account at the discretion of your bank. Refunds made to credit cards are reflected to the account within 1 to 3 weeks at the latest, and payments made by money order within 1 week at the latest.

How do I return?

Before you send the product to us, you must inform us of your return request by filling the product return form on this page. After your delivery confirmation about the return is sent to you by our technical department, please fill the return form and send the product to us by PTT Cargoand  Sürat Cargo. You will be notified by phone or e-mail confirmation information. Counter-paid shipments will not be accepted. In the event that the products coming to our technical service are delivered in accordance with the return conditions, the return of the product amounts will be processed on the day the product arrives.
